Prenatal Classes
Pregnancy is an exciting time, but it can also bring new physical challenges. At Eclair studio, we understand the importance of staying active while ensuring the safety and comfort of both you and your growing baby.
Please note that not all of our classes are specifically designed for prenatal clients. To ensure you’re participating in the most suitable classes, we encourage you to book only those that are listed as prenatal proof. If you’re unsure, please feel free to ask us for guidance when selecting your classes.
Here’s a list of prenatal proof classes at Eclair:
Pilates: Pilates, Power Pilates
Reformer: Reformer Pilates – only All levels classes
Yoga: Yin-Yang, Gentle Flow, Vinyasa
Barre: Barre Sculpt, Barre Burn and Barre Ballet
Full Body Strength
Additionally, we ask that you inform your instructor at the beginning of each class about how many weeks along you are. This helps the teacher better understand your needs, provide modifications and allows for a stronger connection and support as your pregnancy progresses.
