Book your first session

1. Connect through our mobile app or website and create your account in a couple of clicks.

2. Buy credits or membership to book your class. To start, we suggest our 21-Days Introduction Deal (21 days of unlimited classes in three studios & 1 Reformer Pilates class for €49).

3. Check out our schedule and book your classes online. For certain classes, you are required to choose a spot.

What to bring?

We’ve got you covered for almost everything! Just remember to bring suitable workout attire, a towel, and a water bottle. For Reformer classes, grip socks are required—you can purchase them at any of our studios. Everything else is included with your session at no extra cost, including mats and cycling shoes (for Cycling classes).

Checking-in

If it’s your first time, please arrive and check in at the reception at least 10 minutes before class begins. This gives us the opportunity to welcome you, address any questions, and ensure you have enough time for the first-timer briefing. For returning participants, please arrive at least 5 minutes early to secure your spot—late arrivals may not be let in.

First time briefing

A few minutes before the start of the session, your instructor will welcome all first timers into the studio. They will guide you through the workout, demonstrate how to use the equipment, and answer any questions you may have.

During the workout

This is your space to challenge yourself at your own pace—no pressure, no judgment. Everyone starts somewhere, and progress looks different for everyone.

One small ask: Please leave your phone in the changing room. This is your time to focus, move, and reset—distractions can wait.

We always start with a warm-up to get you ready. If you have any questions, just raise a hand—we’re happy to help. Every workout can be adjusted to your fitness level, so listen to your body and do what feels right. If you’re new, take it slow, find your rhythm, and most importantly, enjoy the experience.

To finish, we’ll ease into a cool-down so you can stretch, unwind, and take in that post-workout energy. You did it!
