What is barre? 
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

I started to do Pilates and I saw during these lessons that connecting your body to your mind and learning how to breathe is really important. I teach ‘contemporary Pilates’. My goal is to make classes accessable and functional for everyone.

Nevertheless I maintain the fundamentals of the original pilates which are: breathing, control, concentration, centering, precision and flow.

INSPIRATION & EDUCATION
I was inspired by #angelfuerzaestetica around nine years ago, in Madrid. I did my education at STOTT pilates and Nature Pilates.

WHY I LOVE TEACHING
I love teaching Pilates because it’s a dynamic and safe way to workout and the training is not superficial because it has a lot to do with mind and emotions.

I really enjoy seeing people stronger and more relaxed, breathing in a proper way with a better posture and off course a big smile after the Pilates session.
